Teacher is a holy job. As a teacher, it is your responsibility and duty to take care of your students , and if you do it well ,you'll sure to get their respect and trust.
From the film "Freedom Writer", I can see that MS.Gruwell is a grave and wise teacher.
As we all know , in America, there is a estrangement between the white and the blcak, and this situation is obvious in MS.G' class. She is a white, so the black students don't like her. They always go hard with her deliberately. This made she very sad, but she dosen't cower. She try her best to be a friend of them , encourage them to write their worries in a notebook ,talk with them , comfort them , and at last , she get their respect and trust.
I think ,MS.Gruwell is a good example to all the teachers , I adore her very much .
